Individual therapy

$200 per 50 min session

I see both first responders as well as non- first responders in my practice. I find that one of the most important elements to good therapy is a good match between the therapist and client. I encourage anyone looking into therapy to schedule a free consultation call to ensure that we are a good match! It may also help to listen to a few of my podcast episodes to get a feel for my personality and approaches to treatment. I work with young adults (16 and up) as well as adults to help process trauma, anxiety, depression, and social and relational issues.

While I do not take insurace, I can offer a superbill. I also work alongside a non- profit that pays for first responders who are working through job- related PTSD. The Overwatch Collective will pay for three sessions in full and then cover 60% of the next five sessions, 50% of the five after that and so on. You will only be responsible for the co-pay or if there is a canceled session under 24 hours notice.

Traumatic experiences can leave a lasting impact on ones life. These experiences can affect everything from relationships and self-esteem to the ability to handle stress and anxiety. EMDR therapy is a powerful tool that can help process these experiences in a safe and supportive environment. During EMDR therapy sessions, clients are guided to recall traumatic memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or other rhythmic stimulation. This process can help to reduce the intensity of negative emotions and decrease the frequency and severity of distressing symptoms associated with the traumatic memory. Using EMDR therapy we can reprocess these experiences in a more adaptive way, gaining insight and emotional healing.

Couple’s therapy

$275 per 50 min session

I find that most of the couples I work with have a “stuck point”. These are areas in the relationship that feel unresolved to the couple no matter how much communication. This is often what brings couples to therapy. I am Gottman level 1 trained and use these methods when working with couples. I also have various podcasts on first responder realtionships, intimacy struggles, sexual addiction, communication issues, and infidelity in relationships.

$80 per 60 min group. Financial assistance is available (50% off of the group price) for those in need.

Group Therapy

For those in relationships with First Responders

This is a ten week therapy group for those who are in a relationship with a first responder. The purpose of this group is to hold space for the unique culture that first responder relationships have as well as a space to grow in tools and in community. I created this group after having the personal experience of being a first responder partner myself and recognizing that there was a need for supporting others who shared in this lifestyle. This group meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm on zoom.
